Erlan Kokulov: I believe that the next speaker will not turn off the microphones
He expressed hope that the new speaker would facilitate more open discussions and would not turn off microphones for deputies, as well as stop allowing ministers to leave without giving them the opportunity to answer questions.
“I hope that the new speaker will not interrupt discussions and will allow ministers to report to the deputies,” emphasized Erulan Kokulov.
The deputy also noted that elected representatives, who represent the interests of citizens, have the right to ask questions of government members and receive answers in parliament.
