“Everyone will do their own job”
Mayor of Osh Zhenishbek Toktorbaev stated during his morning rounds and conversations with the city's residents that no conflicts are expected between Sadyr Japarov and Kamchybek Tashiev.
According to Toktorbaev, Tashiev has health issues: one of the stents placed in his heart has shifted, and he has traveled to Germany for examination. He emphasized that these two individuals are long-time friends, and their personal relationship should not be dragged into political games.
Additionally, the mayor noted that the decision regarding resignation is solely the prerogative of the president.
“There should be no division or violations of the law in the country. I am confident that there will be no confrontation. Everyone will do their own job,” Toktorbaev added.
