Toktorbaev emphasized that the decision on appointments and dismissals in the country belongs solely to the president and called for unity within society. "It is necessary to support the president's decision. We must avoid division and violations of the law," he noted.
Commenting on the friendly relations between President Sadyr Japarov and Kamchybek Tashiev, the mayor stressed that their personal connections should not become the subject of political speculation.
They are long-time friends. Their personal relationships should not be turned into politics — that is wrong.

Toktorbaev also reported that, according to his information, Kamchybek Tashiev has health problems: one of the stents in his heart has shifted, and he has gone for examination in Germany.
The mayor added that he does not have information on whether Tashiev submitted his resignation voluntarily or at the president's request. Nevertheless, he expressed hope for the absence of confrontation. "Everyone will do their own job. The main thing is stability and calm work," he added.
