Kamchybek Kydyrshaevich Tashiev is no longer serving as the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Chairman of the State Committee for National Security. This information was announced by the president's press service.
The decree on his dismissal was signed by President Sadyr Japarov.
At the same time, by another decree, the president appointed Jumgalbek Kumaroovich Shabdanbekov as the acting chairman of the GKNB.
The candidacy of Shabdanbekov will be submitted for approval to the Jogorku Kenesh.
