From August 31 to September 6, 2026, competitions in all major types of national and equestrian sports will take place on the shores of Issyk-Kul. The prize fund for the cultural part of the event will amount to about 4 million soms, while the sports program aims to showcase the unique heritage and spirit of the Kyrgyz people on the world stage.
Bakyt Torobayev personally inspected the condition of the racetrack in Cholpon-Ata and set specific tasks for government agencies. The infrastructure must be adapted to the highest international standards in the shortest possible time. The tasks concern not only sports facilities but also the conditions for accommodating thousands of foreign tourists who will see the Games as a business card of Kyrgyzstan's tourism potential.
According to the organizers, the World Nomad Games are not just competitions but also a powerful tool for promoting national culture and developing international cooperation.
