The President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Japarov, has initiated large-scale systemic work aimed at developing the production of documents and products of state importance at the national level.
According to the report, under the leadership of the head of state’s office manager Kanibek Tumanbaev, JSC "Uchkun" has demonstrated significant growth in both production and financial indicators. Currently, all state registration number plates for vehicles, driver's licenses, ID cards, textbooks, diplomas, and other printed products are produced at this enterprise.
Regarding the financial results, it can be noted:
- In 2022, the income of JSC "Uchkun" amounted to 105 million 605 thousand soms;
- In 2025, this figure increased to 4 billion 2 million 976 thousand soms.
Thus, the revenues of JSC "Uchkun" have increased 38 times, and it is now among the enterprises that successfully engage in the production of strategically important products for the state.
