The Minister of Labor criticized regions for ignoring citizens' appeals
According to information from the ministry, this system was implemented for the rapid reception of appeals and suggestions from citizens. In particular, it is intended to use QR codes placed in the offices of territorial divisions. However, in a number of regions, complaints and appeals remain unaddressed.
Sagynbaev emphasizes that each appeal must be carefully examined. He instructed the heads of regional divisions to ensure the effective functioning of the system, actively consider incoming messages, and prepare a detailed analytical report on the results of the first quarter.
The ministry hopes to improve the handling of citizen appeals, as well as enhance the quality of interaction between the department and the population.
