The discussion covered various aspects of Kyrgyz-American cooperation, including political and economic spheres, as well as collaboration in transportation, digitalization, financial technologies, artificial intelligence, and healthcare.
Japarov expressed Kyrgyzstan's readiness to develop both bilateral and multilateral relations with the United States based on mutual benefit and equality.
The President emphasized that expanding trade and investment ties with foreign partners is a top priority of the country's foreign policy and noted the significant potential for deepening economic cooperation with the U.S.
An important topic of the meeting was also the significance of the B5+1 platform (Business 5+1). Japarov expressed hope that the second B5+1 dialogue forum, which started in Bishkek, would contribute to strengthening trade and economic ties and implementing joint projects between Kyrgyzstan and the U.S., as well as improving regional connectivity.
Additionally, the President noted Kyrgyzstan's interest in further strengthening cooperation within the C5+1 platform (Central Asia – U.S.), which has proven to be an effective tool for developing multilateral interaction over the past decade.
Sergio Gor, for his part, thanked the Kyrgyz side for the warm welcome and conveyed greetings and best wishes from U.S. President Donald Trump to President Japarov.
He confirmed the United States' readiness for close cooperation with Kyrgyzstan in all areas of mutual interest.
Gor also noted that a delegation of American businessmen arrived in Bishkek to participate in the B5+1 forum, which, in his opinion, would create a good foundation for further development of economic relations between the two countries.
The negotiations continued with the participation of representatives of American business, where Sadyr Japarov and Sergio Gor discussed the prospects for further cooperation.
