Sadyr Japarov: Fighting crime turned out to be much easier than fighting corruption
The head of state noted that the level of corruption has decreased in the "White House" and the Cabinet of Ministers, as these institutions are under constant control.
However, in city halls, district administrations, and rural councils, corrupt practices continue to take place. "There are cases of negligence, theft, and ineffective service to citizens. Important decisions are implemented slowly. We acknowledge this. But we will definitely reach the rural government," Japarov added.
