A new Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications appointed

A new Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications has been appointed

The Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications is Talgat Umetaliev.

This appointment was approved by the decree of the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Adylbek Kasymaliev.
Previously, Umetaliev held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Financial and Credit Fund under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.
