During a meeting with citizens at the state enterprise "Unaa," President Sadyr Japarov announced the cessation of the practice where driver's licenses could be obtained for money through acquaintances. He noted that the use of artificial intelligence in the examination process has completely eliminated the human factor.

The head of state also mentioned that there are 275 private driving schools operating in Kyrgyzstan, where most drivers are trained. "Those who study diligently pass the exams on their first or third attempt. However, there are also those who come to the exams twenty times and cannot pass. Previously, they had the opportunity to simply buy a license through connections. Now this is impossible — artificial intelligence will not allow anyone to pass," he added.

Sadyr Japarov emphasized that the reforms in the "Unaa" system are being carried out in the interests of the safety of future generations: "We must think not only about today. We need to build a country where legality and safety will be priorities for our children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren."

The president also stressed that the old system was a source of corruption, including bribing examiners, selling results, and "accelerated" schemes for obtaining documents. According to him, any attempts to interfere with the exams are now completely excluded.
