According to the resolution, the following institutions will be closed:
- Correctional Institution No. 26, located in the village of Moldovanovka, Issyk-Ata District, Chui Region;
- Correctional Institution No. 42, located at: Osh, Mamyr Street, 105a;
- Correctional Institution No. 43, located in Kyzyl-Kyia, Batken Region, Jusubaliev Street, 16;
- Correctional Institution No. 44, located in Cholpon-Ata, Issyk-Kul Region, 3rd Microdistrict, 107;
- Correctional Institution No. 45, located in the village of Belovodskoye, Moscow District, Chui Region, Frunze Street, 120;
- Correctional Institution No. 52, located in Toktogul, Jalal-Abad Region, Osmonov Street, 28.
To carry out the closure of the institutions, a liquidation commission has been established, which is tasked with inventorying property, settling all financial obligations, including debts to the Social Fund, and preparing a liquidation balance.
GSIN has also been instructed to address employment issues for staff, make necessary payments, and transfer property and material assets in accordance with legal norms.
Funding for the liquidation expenses will be provided from the budgetary funds allocated to GSIN.
This resolution will come into effect seven days after its publication.
