In At-Bashy, there is still no akim: Kamchybek Tashiev demanded an explanation for the delay

The key administrative position in the At-Bashy district of the Naryn region has been vacant for more than ten days. This became known during a meeting between the head of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS) Kamchybek Tashiev and representatives of the medical sector, where he addressed the issue of the lack of leadership in the district.

According to information from the regional administration, on January 21, former akim Emilbek Abdykalykov left his position due to a transfer to another job. Since then, the district has been without full leadership.

Kamchybek Tashiev demanded that the representative in the Naryn region, Nurbek Satarov, explain the reasons for the prolonged process of appointing a new akim and noted that the situation where the district remains without management is unacceptable.

According to the latest data from the regional state administration, the process of appointing a new akim is nearing completion.
