Donald Trump, the President of the United States, announced the start of negotiations with European countries regarding Greenland.

He noted: “We have started the negotiation process. I hope this will be a mutually beneficial deal. From a national security standpoint, this is extremely important. I am confident that we will reach an agreement,” Trump said during a conversation with journalists.

According to him, the terms of the deal are “practically agreed upon.”

Additionally, Trump mentioned that Iran is negotiating with Washington regarding its nuclear program.

“We can achieve an agreement that will be acceptable: no nuclear weapons. They need to do this, although I am not sure it will happen. But they are seriously communicating with us,” he added.

Trump also reported that India has agreed to purchase Venezuelan oil instead of Iranian oil, while the U.S. is offering China to join this purchase. However, discussions about the share of oil revenues for Caracas have not yet taken place.
