
The presentation of the "Russian-Kyrgyz Dictionary of Terms in the Field of International Relations and Diplomacy" took place yesterday at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, as reported by the press service of the ministry.
Attending the event were Foreign Minister Jeenbek Kulubaev, Chairman of the National Commission on State Language and Language Policy Melis Murataliev, as well as employees from various agencies and experts.
Minister Kulubaev emphasized the importance of the new publication, noting that the dictionary will be a useful tool for both diplomats and the general public.

According to the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, this publication is of key significance for the unification and systematization of international terminology in the state language. He expressed confidence that the dictionary will be actively used in the work of the ministry's structural units, foreign institutions, and relevant universities.
Melis Murataliev pointed out the need to promote the Kyrgyz language within the framework of the concept "National Spirit — Global Heights," reminding that language is a key attribute of statehood alongside the flag and coat of arms.
The participants of the meeting also became acquainted with a number of digital projects:
- The "Aitil" platform;
- The mobile application "Kyrgyzcha O'noy";
- The portal document.gov.kg, which offers templates for official documents.
The dictionary was prepared in 2025 by employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic with the support of the National Commission on State Language and the Kyrgyz Encyclopedia Center. It includes key terms in the field of international relations, as well as the official names of states and organizations.
