The government of Kyrgyzstan has approved the transfer of a land plot measuring 31.59 hectares, located in the village of Kanysh-Kiya in the Chatkal district, for the construction of a small hydroelectric power station.

According to the adopted decision, this plot, which is state-owned, has changed its category from "agricultural land" and "forest fund land" to "land for industry, transport, communication, energy, defense, and other purposes."
