The Chinese Experience of Public Administration Presented at the Meeting in Bishkek

In Bishkek, within the walls of the Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn, a briefing was held dedicated to the results of the fourth plenum of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China of the XX Congress, as well as a conference aimed at exchanging experiences in public administration between China and Kyrgyzstan.

The event discussed key aspects of the plenum's decisions, as well as China's experience in the field of public administration and socio-economic development. The conference provided a platform for dialogue between representatives of the governments and experts of both countries.

Welcoming remarks were made to the participants by Arslan Koichiev, the State Secretary of the Kyrgyz Republic, and Khandzheza Karim, the Deputy Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh.

Main reports were presented by Gao Xiang, President of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Liu Jiangping, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of China to Kyrgyzstan, and Gulzat Isamatova, Minister of Science, Higher Education and Innovations of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In their speeches, the speakers emphasized the importance of strategic planning, modernization of public administration, and deepening cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and China based on mutual trust and good-neighborly relations.

As part of the conference, the opening of the Book House dedicated to the works of the General Secretary of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping also took place. This book center has become a symbol of strengthening humanitarian ties, academic exchange, and studying China's experience in public administration and development philosophy.

The Book House will serve as a platform for scientific research, educational initiatives, and deepening mutual understanding between the youth and expert communities of both countries.

The conference confirmed the high level of strategic partnership between China and Kyrgyzstan. The exchange of experiences in public administration is seen as a key tool for sustainable development, modernization, and increasing the efficiency of public institutions. The event also contributed to strengthening friendly relations and developing humanitarian cooperation between the two states.
