Ulan Primov, a deputy, initiated an appeal from the government of Kyrgyzstan to the EAEU court regarding the difficult conditions faced by migrants from Kyrgyzstan in Russia. This statement was made at a joint meeting of the parliamentary groups "Eldik" and "Ala-Too."

The deputy emphasized that recently, Russia has become stricter towards migrants.

“Migrants are prohibited from bringing their families, and the children of migrants are restricted in their access to educational institutions. We all remember the promises made upon joining the EAEU, but now they are not being fulfilled properly. We should appeal to the EAEU court, as the conditions of the agreements are not being met. Our migrants are not protected,” noted Primov.

It was recently reported that Kyrgyzstan filed a lawsuit in the EAEU court regarding Russia's failure to fulfill the agreement on the issuance of compulsory health insurance policies.

Sergey Leonov, head of the State Duma Committee on Health, commented on the situation, stating that citizens of Kyrgyzstan can obtain additional health insurance policies in Russia.
