According to the new provisions, a new position has been added to Section II of the register, which pertains to the categories of "ministries, state committees" — "authorized representative of the minister for special assignments." This position is now classified as an administrative state position within the central offices of the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Economy.
Furthermore, the decree clarifies that the implementation of this position will occur within the approved staffing levels and budgets of these agencies.
The new rules will come into effect in 10 days.
