This draft law will regulate the procedures related to the discussion of issues at the meetings of the Jogorku Kenesh, as well as the powers established by the Constitution and other legislative acts of the Kyrgyz Republic. It is also aimed at digitizing the procedures and operations of the Jogorku Kenesh.
In addition, the draft includes the following aspects:
- the procedure for discussing and making decisions in the Jogorku Kenesh;
- the processes for reviewing issues at meetings;
- rules for quorum, voting, and counting votes;
- voting on draft laws and other issues; the work of the counting commission;
- protocol assignments and their content;
- the format for keeping meeting minutes;
- transcripts of meetings;
- acts adopted by the Jogorku Kenesh.
