The State Agency for Management of State Property is to transfer the specified plot to the city hall. As part of this process, the city hall is recommended to accept the property and carry out the re-registration of ownership rights through the authorized state body, using local budget funds. Additionally, the city hall is required to ensure the targeted use and maintenance of this plot, and its further servicing will also be financed from the local budget. Further alienation of this property is prohibited.
Control over the implementation of the order will be carried out by the Department for Monitoring the Execution of Decisions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Presidential Administration.
