The organizing committee for the preparation of the global mountain summit "Bishkek+25" has been formed.

In Kyrgyzstan, an organizing committee has been established to prepare for the Second Global Mountain Summit called "Bishkek+25". This decision was made by the order of Adylbek Kasymaliev, who heads the Cabinet of Ministers of the country.

The summit is scheduled to take place in 2027 in the capital of Kyrgyzstan.

The tasks of the organizing committee, under the leadership of the Prime Minister, include the development and approval of a plan for the preparation and conduct of the summit within three months from the date of its formation. The secretariat of the organizing committee will operate under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Control over the implementation of this order will be carried out by the relevant department of the presidential administration.

The composition of the organizing committee includes the deputy prime ministers, the special representative of the president on mountain policy issues, the head of the president's office, ministers, representatives of the presidential administration, directors of state agencies, authorized representatives of the president in Naryn, Chui, and Issyk-Kul regions, the mayors of Bishkek, Osh, and Naryn, as well as the president of the National Academy of Sciences, the director of the National Institute for Strategic Initiatives, and the responsible secretary of the National Commission of Kyrgyzstan for UNESCO and other important participants.
