The deputy explained his proposal to cancel additional payments
Deputy Marlen Mamataliyev explained in an interview with the publication "24.kg" what he meant when he put forward the initiative to cancel additional payments for night work.
According to Mamataliyev, this proposal concerns the work of municipal services to avoid inconveniences for residents.
He noted: "I am not against increased pay for night shifts. I propose to organize separate night shifts so that employees do not work during the day but carry out their duties at night. There are people who want to work at night," the deputy added.
Previously, he spoke about the need to cancel additional payments for night shifts so that garbage collection and road works could be carried out at night, as performing these tasks during the day leads to traffic jams and street closures.
