This appointment is the result of a presidential decree
President Sadyr Japarov signed an order appointing Talantbek Tashibekov as the head of the National Agency for Religious Affairs and Interethnic Relations.
Previously, this position was held by Azamat Yusupov, who was relieved of his duties on December 8, 2025, along with his deputy Ruslan Musaev.
