Composition of the Working Group of the Kyrgyz Republic on the Demarcation of the Kyrgyz-Tajik Border for a Joint Meeting with Tajik Colleagues from January 12 to 17

The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Adylbek Kasymaliev, has announced the new composition of the working group that will represent the country in the joint demarcation commission with Tajikistan.

According to order number 756, the working group will travel to Batken, located in the eponymous region, from January 12 to 17, 2026. The purpose of the trip is to participate in a joint meeting of the demarcation working groups of both countries.

Composition of the working group of the Kyrgyz Republic in the joint demarcation commission:

Borubaev Nazirbek Narmatovich	-	head of the demarcation group and special representative of the Cabinet of Ministers on border issues of the President's Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic;
Moldoisaev Janibek Turdubekovich	-	expert on border issues in the special representation of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic;
Toksonbaev Baktybek Toksonbaevich	-	first deputy plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Batken region;
Myzaev Abdulat Abdirayimovich	-	director of the state institution for geodesy and cartography "Goskartografiya," which is part of the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography of the Kyrgyz Republic;
Nadyrbekov Melis Shadybekovich	-	head of the department of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic;
Mamyshov Bozulon Oktombekovich	-	senior officer of the Border Service of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic;
Abakirov Mirlan Kubanychbekovich	-	attaché of the Central Asia Department of the First Political Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;
Toleev Ardak Azizbekovich	-	chief engineer of "Goskartografiya" at the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography of the Kyrgyz Republic;
Kebekbaev Kalybek Kaseinovich	-	head of the demarcation and delimitation department of the state border at "Goskartografiya";
Ergeshov Abdinazar Mamytovich	-	head of the southern regional department for delimitation and demarcation of the state border at "Kyrgyzgiprozem";
