The Cabinet has established an interagency working group on compensation for property for the construction of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway.
Within two months, the working group must accomplish the following tasks:
- analyze and verify the data from the reports of the appraisal company;
- coordinate the actions of all involved agencies to determine compensations and interact with contractors and property owners;
- organize comprehensive work on compensation payments to property owners;
- address issues related to expropriated or affected property.
The Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic has been appointed as the secretariat of the working group, tasked with organizing technical support and monitoring the implementation of the decisions made. The working group has the authority to engage experts, request necessary information, conduct field activities, and perform assessments. All decisions made at meetings are subject to mandatory execution by all participants in the process.
The group is headed by the Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The composition of the working group includes:
The Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic, who is the head of the group;
The First Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Naryn Region, acting as the deputy head of the group;
The Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the President in the Jalal-Abad Region, also the deputy head of the commission.

The First Deputy General Director of the state enterprise "National Company 'Kyrgyz Temir Zholu'" under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic;
The Head of the State Administration of the Suzak District of the Jalal-Abad Region;
The Head of the State Administration of the Toguz-Toro District of the Jalal-Abad Region;
