For the elections in district No. 13, the CEC has designated banks for opening electoral funds

In the Kyrgyz Republic, the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums has made a decision regarding the selection of banks for opening specialized accounts for electoral funds. This concerns candidates and political parties that will participate in the repeat elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in multi-mandate constituency No. 13.

According to this resolution, "Elk Bank" and "Aiyl Bank" have been designated as the institutions that will service the special accounts of the electoral funds. These accounts are intended for participants in the by-elections scheduled for March 1, 2026.

Furthermore, the resolution provides for the possibility of using mobile applications of the specified banks to receive voluntary donations to these special accounts.

The responsibility for monitoring the implementation of this decision has been assigned to the control, inspection, and audit sector of the CEC office.
