For the elections in district No. 13, the Central Election Commission has designated banks for opening electoral funds

For the repeat elections of deputies to the Jogorku Kenesh in the № 13 multi-mandate constituency, the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums of the Kyrgyz Republic has selected banks that will service the special accounts of the electoral funds of political parties and candidates.

According to the official decision, "Elk Bank" and "Aiyl Bank" now have the authority to open these specialized accounts. These measures are related to the by-elections scheduled for March 1, 2026.

Furthermore, the resolution states that for the convenience of citizens, mobile applications of these banks will be available for making voluntary donations to the electoral funds.

The responsibility for monitoring the implementation of this decision is assigned to the control, inspection, and audit sector of the CEC apparatus.
