In the village of Sadovoe, a youth center has been opened
As part of the administrative-territorial reform, three rural municipalities — Sadovoe, Alexandrovka, and Sretenska — merged to form a new administrative unit called the Min-Bulak rural council, which includes seven villages. The administrative center of this new entity became the village of Sadovoe, where this new social facility is located.
The "Ak-Ilbirs" center was established based on the local cultural house. The opening ceremony was attended by the akim of the Moscow district Niyazbek Kozyuev, the head of the Min-Bulak rural council Denizbek Raimkulov, representatives of the Japanese embassy in Kyrgyzstan, as well as local residents and youth activists.
The guests of the event familiarized themselves with exhibitions dedicated to various topics and enjoyed performances by young talents from the district. In their speeches, the district and rural council leaders emphasized the significance of this project, which has become the first initiative of its kind in the region. "This youth center is not just a place for language learning, but a space that fosters the comprehensive development of youth and the realization of their ideas," noted the head of the rural council Denizbek Raimkulov.
After the official part of the event, a presentation of the center's opportunities took place, where young people could discuss their plans and ideas.
The students welcomed the opening of the new center with joy. For example, Dominika Nain, an 11th-grade student from the Oktyabrskaya secondary school in the village named after Krupskaya, expressed admiration for the exhibition organized at the center.
Rayana Karypbaeva, a 10th-grade student from the B.G. Bazhan school, noted that the project has practical value. She emphasized that excellent conditions have been created in the center for preparation for the National Test (ORT) and for in-depth language studies.
