The course was organized as part of the implementation of the presidential decree on the realization of the Doctrine "National Spirit – Global Heights." The main objective of the training was to clarify the key aspects of the Doctrine and their integration into the work of scientific and educational institutions.
The final session was attended by State Secretary Arslan Koichiev, who shared his vision of the content of the Doctrine and emphasized its importance for the development of the educational system and the formation of values in society. Upon completion of the course, participants were awarded certificates.
The press service of the Presidential Administration noted that the course participants would be able to use the knowledge gained in their professional activities, explaining the provisions of the Doctrine within their teams and to the wider public. It is expected that this will contribute to strengthening national self-awareness among youth and preserving the cultural heritage of the country.
