Today, March 2, a training course for heads of scientific institutions organized by the presidential administration concluded at the National Academy of Sciences under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the president's press service, this training was conducted as part of the implementation of the decree regarding the Doctrine "National Spirit – Global Heights".
At the closing event, Arslan Koichiev, the Secretary of State of the Kyrgyz Republic, expressed his thoughts on the significance of the Doctrine and its impact on the educational sphere, as well as presented certificates to the course participants.
The educated leaders will be able to apply their new knowledge in their professional activities, explaining the principles of the Doctrine to their colleagues and the public, which will contribute to the formation of national self-awareness among the youth and the preservation of cultural heritage.
