He noted that in 2021, no university from Kyrgyzstan was represented in these lists, emphasizing the efforts of the Ministry of Higher Education and Science, established in 2025.
According to Baisalov, young talents are receiving the necessary support.
“When I worked as an ambassador in London, we visited Cambridge, and among the students, there were only Kazakhs and Uzbeks. Kyrgyzstan had no representation. Today, whether it's Cambridge, Oxford, Harvard, or Stanford, our students study there: one or two, and sometimes three or four,” he noted.
