It is necessary to take into account the experience of students working in public schools and medical institutions, - deputy
Surabaldiyeva noted that many students studying on a budget in the fields of pedagogy and medicine are forced to work in public schools and medical institutions due to a shortage of staff. "These young specialists work under official employment contracts, they have labor books, and they fully fulfill their duties. However, the time they work while studying is not counted towards the mandatory two-year experience," she added.
In the deputy's opinion, this situation is unfair. "If a student is officially employed in a public school or medical institution, their work experience should be counted towards the overall experience and mandatory service period. This will help reduce the staff shortage, support young specialists, and ensure stability in the relevant sectors," she emphasized.
