There have been personnel changes in the Ministry of Science and Higher Education: Gulnura Zhekshenbaevna Mamyrova has been appointed as the first deputy minister.
This became known through information provided by the department, where she was introduced by Zhiparisa Rysbekova, head of the social department of the administration for preparing decisions for the president and the cabinet of ministers.
Additionally, the new deputy minister — Durus Isakbaevich Kozyuev — was also introduced to the team.
The appointments have been formalized with the relevant decrees signed by the chairman of the cabinet of ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev.
