According to the school director Gulкайыр Mayrykeeva, the basement had long been abandoned and unused. However, thanks to volunteer Alex Lowe, who came in 2023 to teach English, the situation changed.
As part of his project, a major renovation of the basement was carried out, costing 1 million 600 thousand soms. As a result, a new assembly hall and classrooms for extracurricular activities were created.
In addition, with the support of the development fund, the engineering network system of the basement was completely reconstructed.
Also, a modern heating system (boiler room) was installed in the school, which will help maintain a comfortable temperature in all rooms.
