Candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Must be a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic with a valid passport.
2. Must have a written recommendation from an experienced administrator or specialist who has worked for at least three years. A recommendation from a faculty dean or employer is also acceptable.
3. Age between 20 and 45 years. Candidates are expected to be able to work around 10 hours a day, be in good physical shape, and possess stress resilience. The testing will take place in two shifts, and considering preparation time and breaks, administrators will need to work from 07:00 to 19:00. Therefore, candidates must be in good physical condition and have no medical contraindications (including pregnancy).
4. Honesty, principle, and fairness.
5. Good diction and a loud voice: the administrator will need to announce instructions in rooms where up to 100 applicants will be present. Everyone must be able to hear them clearly.
6. Knowledge of Kyrgyz and Russian languages is mandatory. Instructions will be provided in both languages.
7. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team. Administrators will act under the guidance of a team leader, working in groups of 2-4 people in classrooms.
8. Initiative and the ability to solve non-standard situations. Unexpected circumstances may arise during testing, and administrators must be ready to address them proactively.
9. Ability to maintain discipline in the classroom. The administrator must ensure order so that applicants can focus on the testing without violating its rules.
10. No relatives among the test participants. To avoid conflicts of interest, the administrator must notify the Center for Assessment in Education and Learning Methods if such relatives exist.
11. Willingness to be released from primary work for several days. The testing will take place in each district over two days, and prior to it, administrators must undergo special training.
12. Ability to travel to regions for test administration. Administrators may be assigned to remote areas for testing, which is scheduled for the second half of May.

Selected candidates who pass the interview and two selection rounds will participate in a one-day training session in May 2026.
Experienced administrators who worked at the National Testing from 2002 to 2025 can confirm their participation by April 12.
