The press service of the Ministry of Construction reports that inspectors from the Jalal-Abad Regional Department of the State Architectural and Construction Control conducted an inspection at the construction site of a kindergarten for 140 places, located at: Abysheva Street, 52, in the Toktogul district.
During the inspection, it was found that the soil compaction work has been completed, and currently, leveling of the site for construction is underway.
According to the approved schedule, the start of concrete work is planned for January 2026; however, the contractor has not yet begun pouring concrete, indicating a significant delay in the timeline.
As a result of the inspection, acts of violations of the contract conditions and schedule were drawn up. The contractor was issued a written warning requiring them to eliminate the delays as soon as possible and to accelerate the pace of work.
According to the Ministry of Construction, the contractor is the company "Kaanbak-Stroy."
