Ulan Akmatov Appointed Head of the Issyk-Ata District Education Department
Ulan Akmatov was born on November 23, 1988.
He is a graduate of the Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn, where he studied "Regional Studies" from 2006 to 2011, and then obtained a master's degree in "History" from 2014 to 2016.
His work biography includes several key stages:
- From 2011 to 2013, he worked as a history and civil education teacher at secondary school No. 46, located in the Sverdlovsk district of Bishkek.
- From 2013 to 2016, he held the position of extracurricular activities organizer at the same school.
- In 2016-2018, he served as the deputy director for educational work at secondary school No. 46 in the Sverdlovsk district.
- From 2018 to 2019, he worked as a chief specialist in the Issyk-Ata District Department of Education.
- Since 2019, he has held the position of director of the Makish Koibagarov School in the Issyk-Ata District of the Chui Region.
Additionally, from 2020 to 2024, he is a deputy of the Ayil Kenesh in Nurmanbet.
