In Kara-Kul, measures to prevent offenses among adolescents were discussed
The event was attended by the mayor of the city, Nurtilek Orozbaev, the city prosecutor, Ilyichbek Isamambetov, the head of the Department of Internal Affairs, Nurbek Tolonov, the head of the Department of Labor, Social Security, and Migration, Takhmina Sabyrbekova, the chairwoman of the women's council, Rabshan Abytkanova, as well as students from local schools in grades 8-11.
The event was organized to enhance the legal and spiritual-moral literacy of students. Special attention was paid to preventing crime, violence, school racketeering, and early marriages.
During the meeting, students were provided with detailed information about the norms of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Experts explained the consequences of offenses such as theft, mass brawls, and extortion (racketeering). The mechanisms for holding minors and their parents accountable were described in detail.
A separate block was dedicated to the protection of children's rights. Participants were informed about:
- measures to combat violence, exploitation, and discrimination;
- where and how to report violations of their rights;
- the responsibilities of children and parents before the law.
The organizers emphasized the importance of properly organizing youth leisure and providing socio-economic support to the younger generation. Topics of spiritual and moral education were addressed, including respect for parents and teachers, adherence to ethical norms, and the laws of society.
Experts specifically highlighted the negative consequences of early marriages, the protection of adolescent girls' rights, and the prevention of domestic violence.
