This decision is aimed at supporting the functioning of the "Research Institute of the Botanical Garden named after E. Gareev" of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As part of the new directives, the annex to the Cabinet resolution has been updated as follows:

Note.
The following proportions are established:
- for the distribution of staffing in scientific and scientific-technical organizations: administrative and managerial staff - a maximum of 10%, main staff - a minimum of 75%, junior and technical staff - a maximum of 15%;
- for the apparatus of the presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Kyrgyzstan: administrative and managerial staff - a maximum of 17%, main staff - a minimum of 53%, junior and technical staff - a maximum of 30%;
- for the Botanical Garden named after E. Gareev: administrative and managerial staff - a maximum of 5%, main staff - a minimum of 65%, junior and technical staff - a maximum of 30%.
The Ministry of Finance is instructed to:
- provide for additional allocations in the republican budget for 2026 to increase the staffing levels of employees in the field of science;
- take into account the changes arising from this resolution when developing the draft law "On Amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on the Republican Budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2026 and the Planning Period of 2027-2028."
This resolution comes into effect upon its official publication.
