On January 28, the Deputy Mayor of Bishkek, Viktoria Mozgacheva, conducted an on-site inspection of the private school "Kreativ Taalim" in response to citizens' complaints.

According to the press service of the mayor's office, serious violations of safety standards were discovered during the inspection on the premises of the educational institution. In particular, access to the boiler room, which is considered a high-risk area, was found to be unrestricted, and an open pit was also discovered. The surrounding area exhibited unsanitary conditions: there were no barriers or other protective measures, posing a threat to the health and lives of children.

Furthermore, the educational organization uses equipment that lacks emission purification systems for burning solid fuel, which negatively impacts the environment. The school's management was recommended to consider the installation of modern gas purification equipment.

It was also revealed that the classrooms on the third floor do not meet established fire and sanitary safety requirements. The school did not provide the previously issued order, so the mayor's office will prepare appeals to the relevant state authorities and the Ministry of Education regarding the licensing of this educational institution," the mayor's office reported.

As a result of the inspection, the administration of the private school "Kreativ Taalim" was instructed to promptly address the identified deficiencies and bring the premises and territory into compliance with standards. In the coming days, measures should be organized to ensure the complete safety of children, including the installation of barriers in hazardous areas. If the requirements are not met, actions will be taken in accordance with current legislation.
