Deputy requests the construction of a 100-seat kindergarten in the village of Kaptal-Aryk, Panfilov District
As the parliamentarian pointed out, this village is famous for being the birthplace of the renowned Kyrgyz poet Alykul Osmonov. However, according to her, there is currently no kindergarten in the village, despite the high number of preschool-aged children.
As a result, parents are forced either to send their children to distant settlements or to keep them at home, which creates serious difficulties for local residents.
Esenamanova appealed to government authorities to consider the possibility of funding the construction of a 100-place kindergarten, using funds from grants or the republican budget.
