At the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh on January 14, deputy Yrysbek Atazhanov (district No. 2) noted that there is a shortage of textbooks for schoolchildren in some villages of the Kadamjay and Batken districts, as well as in Aydarken.

According to Atazhanov, many parents are willing to purchase textbooks themselves, but they are simply not available.

The deputy urged local authorities to take measures to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Additionally, he proposed the construction of a new school in the village of Zhenish, as the existing school "Yntymak," built in 1962, is unable to cope with the increasing number of students. Currently, children are forced to study in 2-3 shifts.

Atazhanov also emphasized the need to provide residents of the villages of Umai Ene and Kyrgyz Kyshtak with clean drinking water.
