During the visit, the minister became acquainted with projects being implemented with the support of the World Bank in the state natural parks "Kara-Shoro" and "Kulun-Ata." These initiatives aim to protect ecosystems and enhance the ecological potential of the region. In the "Kulun-Ata" park, the minister also visited a museum featuring unique scientific research and rare exhibits.
The minister highlighted the importance of the work of specialists in the field of nature conservation and instructed to promptly address a number of local issues.
Particular attention was paid to inspecting the coal enrichment plant "Ilong Osh," located in the Uzgen district. The head of the ministry reminded of the importance of strict adherence to environmental standards and safety regulations.
Additionally, together with the district akim Kanibek Apbasov, the minister checked the progress of the construction of wastewater treatment facilities, which are crucial for improving sanitary conditions and the quality of life for local residents.
