Akyil Toktobaev, head of the Ministry of Natural Resources, introduced the new deputy to the team.
As noted by the ministry, Seydaliev's appointment was made in accordance with Article 18 of the Constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic".
The introduction ceremony was attended by deputy ministers, heads of various departments, and heads of divisions of the central office.
Information about the new first deputy minister of natural resources:
Zhenish Kanybekovich Seydaliev has significant experience in the mining industry, economics, and management. Until 2016, he worked in private and international companies, as well as dealing with legal issues and managing international projects in Kyrgyzstan.
- From 2016 to 2018 - chief specialist in the procurement department of OJSC "Kyrgyzaltyn";
- From 2018 to 2020 - deputy head of the foreign economic activity department of OJSC "Kyrgyzaltyn";
- From 2019 to 2021 - advisor to the general director of LLC "Altynken";
- From 2020 to 2021 - head of the foreign economic activity department of OJSC "Kyrgyzaltyn";
- In 2021 - advisor to the chairman of the board of OJSC "Kyrgyzaltyn" on compliance with international LBMA standards;
- From 2021 to 2022 - member of the board of OJSC "Kyrgyzaltyn", deputy chairman of the board for economics, finance, and investments;
- From 2021 to 2022 - member of the board of CJSC "Kumtor Gold Company";
- In 2022 - member of the board of directors of LLC "Altynken";
- From 2022 to 2024 - advisor to the general director of LLC "GIK Akzholtoy Resources";
- In 2023-2024 - director of LLC "April EYZetAI";
- In 2024 - general director of LLC "Almaly Mining";
- Since 2025 - advisor to the president of the National Olympic Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- In 2025 - advisor to the director of the state enterprise "Kyrgyz Geology".
Seydaliev holds a higher education degree in economics and management, as well as a legal education. He is fluent in Kyrgyz, Russian, and English. He is married and has four children.
