According to the press service of the Ministry of Natural Resources, the meeting addressed issues related to combating corruption and ensuring epizootic safety for the protection of wildlife.
Participants of the meeting emphasized the need for documenting all identified violations, as well as the mandatory informing of management about instances of pressure and attempts at bribery.
Measures to prevent the spread of infectious and parasitic diseases among wild animals were also a focus. As part of this, it is planned to organize the self-culling of certain individuals of grouse and pheasants for subsequent laboratory research and the development of biotechnical recommendations.
The hunting communities were tasked with assisting in the selection of biological material, as well as the necessity of considering anti-epizootic measures when conducting biotechnical activities and interacting with veterinary services according to the instructions of the Ministry of Natural Resources.
