In Bishkek, plans are underway to increase the capacity of wastewater treatment facilities.
Currently, a significant amount of work has been completed: two tanks have been put into operation, and an automated control system has been successfully implemented.
The project provides for a design capacity of the treatment facilities at 380,000 cubic meters per day. The mayor of Bishkek, Aibek Junushaliev, has instructed to consider the possibility of increasing this capacity to 500,000 cubic meters per day, according to information provided by the mayor's office.
