The Head of the Cabinet approved the draft investment agreement for the waste disposal project in the Issyk-Kul region.
According to order No. 1185-t, this decision was made with the aim of attracting foreign investments, which in turn will contribute to the sustainable development of the ecological and economic system of the region.
The authorized representative for signing the agreement on behalf of the Cabinet is the authorized representative of the President in the Issyk-Kul region.
As reported by the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic, LLC "Jyunxin Huanbao (Issyk-Kul)" was re-registered on January 12, 2026. The head of the company is Dai Daogo. The founders are "Jyunxin Environmental Protection Corporation (Hong Kong) International Limited" and the limited liability joint-stock company "Hunan Jyunxin Huanbao".
- On October 25, during a working trip to the Issyk-Kul region, the head of the Cabinet participated in the ceremony of laying the capsule for a new solid waste recycling plant. He noted that the Chinese company "Hunan Jyunxin Huanbao" together with Kyrgyz partners is implementing three projects for electricity production from waste in Bishkek, Osh, and the Issyk-Kul region. In the first phase, technological power plants will be built in the Ak-Suu district and the city of Balykchy, which will be capable of processing up to 600 tons of waste per day. The total investments at this stage will amount to about $140 million.
