It is worth noting that on April 4, in the "Jal" microdistrict, two small children and their mother fell from a sixth-floor apartment window. The woman died at the scene, and later another child died in the hospital. According to law enforcement agencies, a criminal case has been initiated in connection with this incident under Article 128 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic "Driving to Suicide," and a suspect, born in 1992, has been placed in a temporary detention facility. The investigation is ongoing.
