According to information provided by the Bishkek City Police Department, on April 4, 2026, at 18:11, a call was received in the duty unit from a medical institution regarding the delivery of a child born in 2021 to intensive care.

Preliminary data indicates that on the same day, around 17:10, a woman born in 1999 and her two young children fell from the window of an apartment on the sixth floor of a residential building in the "Djal" microdistrict.
The woman died at the scene without regaining consciousness, and later in the hospital, one of the children, born in 2025, died. The second child, born in 2021, is currently in the intensive care unit.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 128 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, "Driving to Suicide".
Suspect.
As reported by the City Police Department, during investigative and operational activities, the fact of driving to suicide was established. In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the suspect, born in 1992, has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department.
